About the Position Job Responsibilities Main Responsibilities The role objective is to develop and execute high-demand labor strategies aligned with business plans, assess supply-channel capabilities, ensure on-site service compliance, proactively identify risks and provide timely solutions, and accurately match labor needs while adhering to local laws and regulations. Execute labor implementation by managing the full employee lifecycle—including selection, absenteeism, attrition, and retention—to maximize effectiveness, while embedding labor compliance and effectively mitigating labor-related risks. Recruitment Supply •Execute labor strategies based on warehouse business needs and effectively implement staffing plans, including but not limited to breaking down labor requirements, establishing on-site management guidelines, and monitoring recruitment progress. •Assess supply channels and capabilities and explore more flexible labor solutions to accurately match labor needs. •Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle management of front-line warehouse employees, including selection, onboarding, retention, motivation and offboarding, continuously optimizing the workforce structure and enhancing employee experience and retention. Labor Quality •Design and execute studies on various labor types and their application in real business scenarios; monitor the overall health of the labor structure; flag labor risks; and upgrade solutions promptly. •Ensure warehouse labor demand is met by managing absenteeism, ensuring on-site headcount fulfillment, continuously improving attendance rates and driving timely adjustments to reduce overstaffing and labor waste. •Monitor and influence attendance metrics; drive reductions in absenteeism, turnover, and time & attendance exceptions. •Handle employment exceptions and risk feedback (e.g., abnormal clock-ins, invalid attendance). •Maintain employment data for the area responsible, including supervising accurate data entry, verifying and correcting system data, and conducting daily data analysis and reporting. •Lead periodic reviews of scheduling, performance, and labor KPI results (shift/weekly/monthly); analyze root causes of variances; and deliver improvement actions and updated standards. •Participate in the evaluation of Hiring Agencies in the responsible area (introducing evaluation criteria, providing exception feedback, and making replacement recommendations). •Partner daily with Warehouse Operations on labor management; collaborate with Labor Procurement to implement a flexible labor pool and workforce plans. •Collaborate with Finance/Planning/Capacity teams to track and improve labor cost, productivity, and KPI governance. Labor Compliance •Conduct in-depth analysis of the impact of local laws and regulations on labor management, ensuring labor policies and management processes remain compliant. •Strengthen risk prevention and management during contract execution and related processes, and address potential labor disputes in a timely manner. •Demonstrate solid knowledge of temporary work regulations; cooperate with Hiring Agencies and ensure legal compliance for work authorization. Job Requirements •Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in logistics, workforce management, human resources, or a related field. •Experience: 2+ years in labor management, scheduling/planning, or high demand labor strategy execution; experience in large e-commerce, 3PL, or manufacturing warehouse operations preferred. •Language: Strong English and Polish (working languages); Chinese communication skills are an advantage. •Data & Systems: Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint); SQL or Python for data analysis would be additional plus. Strong data sensitivity and structured problem-solving skills; able to optimize resource allocation and make rapid decisions under multiple constraints. •Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities; able to work independently and build effective relationships across the organization.
