Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in handling end-to-end process of Expat life cycle with core global mobility experience Handling of Immigration, Tax and Equity processes Experience in handling Expat Documentation (Compensation Proposals, Letters, Contracts), Expat Payroll, Cost Estimates and Cost Comparisons, Budget Preparation & Forecasting Query handling from People Team, Expats, Line Managers, Service Providers, Business stakeholders Co-ordination of Vendors and processes (Tax, Immigration, Equity, Relocation etc) Onboarding call with expats explaining the entire expat life cycle, handling queries and be the advocate for ongoing problem resolution on all topics. APRO Super User Expertise along with regular day to day tasks of sending Service Orders, updating data, generating reports, auditing/signing off on payslips before processing. Manage Legal & Compliance topics with Line Manager, Expat and Service Providers Conduct and maintain data in all systems (e.g. Contract, Tax Status, Housing, Premiums, Salary changes, Promotions, Merit, Bonus, Insurance, Relocation etc.) Establish/create policies & procedures including SOP preparation for process execution. Serve as technical /functional resource and system super users to other team members Responsibilities: Support all Mobility moves across all geographical locations and policy types Close collaboration with Zone Mobility teams on all moves Support PBPs where needed with Request for Expat Assignments (REAs) Review quality of REAs and ensure completion and routing for approvals Follow-up and align with REA owners to create Offer/Proposal Provide accurate cost estimate for moves Share Offer/Proposal letter with Mobility Specialist/Manager following ABI Global Rewards policies Create and manage Expat documentation (e.g. Letter of Assignment (LOA), Localization letters, Mobility components of local contracts) Manage Vendors: from raising Service Orders to follow-up of service execution Follow-up of documents required for Immigration processes (employer side & employee side) Maintain updated overview of Expat status for all ongoing processes (Immigration, Tax, Relocation) with updated statuses Maintain data quality and data hygiene in systems. Maintain APRO and Workday systems updated Coordinate and participate in weekly Vendor review meetings with Zone teams for follow-up on ongoing cases Own and follow-up in weekly Internal ABI GM team meetings to follow-up on ongoing cases Onboarding call with expats explaining the entire expat life cycle, handling queries and support problem resolution on topics such as Immigration or Relocation. Payroll follow-up with local Payroll teams and Vendor to ensure accurate and timey processing of Expat payroll (primary and shadow) Home country contributions management with local Home teams Measurement of indicators, monitoring of SLAs and management of internal audits Capabilities: High organizational capacity, management of priorities and follow-up to pending topics Leadership to resolve and make things happen. Decision-making and problem-solving Communicate effectively and clearly with individuals of many different cultures and languages Positive attitude and empathy Attention to detail High sense of responsibility Customer Service Analytical skills Knowledge of Global Rewards and Global Mobility policies System Knowledge: Excel and PowerPoint Workday APRO Power BI Languages: Fluent or Advanced English Spanish (preferable, not a requirement)
