We are seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Band 6 Rotational Clinical Pharmacist to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term Winter pressure. About The Role As a key member of our clinical pharmacy service, you’ll help patients get the most from their medicines, provide expert advice to medical and nursing colleagues, and support safe, effective prescribing across a range of clinical areas. To apply for this role, you must be registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist and have some hospital pharmacy experience. Full training and support will be provided To deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services across the Trust by providing patient-centred pharmaceutical care, supporting safe and effective medicines use, and contributing to the development, education, and continuous improvement of pharmacy services. The post holder will rotate through key operational and clinical areas, undertake dispensing and checking duties, provide medicines information and prescribing support, participate in audits and clinical trials work, contribute to training and mentoring, and take part in evening, weekend, bank holiday, and on-call rotas. They must maintain GPhC registration and adhere to all Trust and Pharmacy policies while supporting service provision across all Trust sites. Come and join a Trust rated Outstanding by the CQC.
