Experience & Education Duration : 15 to 20 years of fabrication workshop experience. Degree : Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or metallurgical engineering. Domain : Heavy engineering, pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, piping, or structural steel fabrication. Certifications & Technical Skills NDT Qualifications : Valid ASNT Level III in RT, UT, PT, and MT. Welding Credentials : Certified Welding Engineer (AWS-CWE) or International Welding Engineer (IWE). Code Knowledge : Mastery of ASME (Sections I, VIII, IX), ASTM, API, and AWS codes. Key Responsibilities Management & Compliance System Oversight : Maintain and audit the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Authority Liaison : Manage interactions with third-party inspection agencies (TPIAs) like EIL,LRS, TUV, DNV and BVIS. Customer Audits : Act as the primary technical point of contact for client quality audits.
