Overview Job Description Remote role for candidates in LATAM. Billing & Refunds Coordinator position at Ryz Labs. Role involves finance operations, customer experience, and process optimization. Key responsibilities include managing collections, processing refunds, bookkeeping, and supporting sellers and customers. Key Responsibilities Address Customer Experience support tickets related to payments, invoicing, and refunds. Monitor customer accounts and assist with cash receipts, Wire and ACH payments, and reconciliation of discrepancies. Prepare daily/monthly journal entries in the ERP system for Cash and A/R transactions. Process Sales Team Requests, Refunds, Credits, Rate adjustments, and other payment issues in Admin, Stripe, and Avalara. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance automation across accounts payable and receivable workflows. Maintain Sales Tax Exemptions and process refunds in Avalara. Serve as a point of contact for key sellers, providing updates on sales proceeds and payout schedules. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or progress toward a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Customer Service, or a related field preferred. 4-6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Bookkeeping, Customer Support, or related finance support roles. Proficiency in Salesforce. Familiarity with basic accounting principles and ERP systems (Stripe or Oracle Fusion experience preferred). Strong Excel skills and attention to detail in data entry and transaction processing. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
