Estamos buscando a una persona talentosa para unirse al equipo de Finanzas de Marsh. Esta posición estará basada en Bogotá, Colombia. Este es un rol híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. Formarás parte de un equipo dinámico, con exposición a diferentes compañías del grupo y participación en procesos clave para la operación financiera. Tendrás la oportunidad de contribuir directamente en la gestión contable, facturación y conciliaciones, asegurando eficiencia, calidad y seguimiento oportuno en cada etapa del proceso. Contaremos contigo para: Recibir, revisar y analizar facturas, garantizando la correcta validación de la información y su registro oportuno. Gestionar cuentas por pagar, facturación y conciliaciones bancarias con precisión y orden. Brindar soporte a las diferentes compañías del grupo en procesos relacionados con facturación y actividades contables. Dar seguimiento a clientes y procesos administrativos vinculados con la operación. Coordinar y ejecutar actividades que contribuyan al correcto desarrollo de los procesos financieros y administrativos. Lo que necesitas tener: Profesional o estudiante en Contabilidad, Administración de Empresas, Negocios Internacionales o carreras afines. 2 a 3 años de experiencia en procesos contables y facturación. Inglés intermedio hablado, nivel B1/B2 conversacional, con capacidad para brindar apoyo en el idioma. Excel intermedio-avanzado, incluyendo tablas dinámicas, cruces de bases y apoyo en cierres de procesos. Lo que te hará destacar: Experiencia en atención al cliente, negociación y solución de problemas. Actitud comercial, orientación al servicio y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. Conocimiento técnico del sector seguros. They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
