To be considered for this role you must submit your resume in English About Our Client Our client is a leading provider of high-performance decorative coatings that redefine traditional stucco through a patented granite-based formula. Their products are crack-resistant, waterproof, anti-slip, and highly durable. They can be applied to a wide range of surfaces without demolition or permits, making them a highly cost-effective solution for residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities Conduct cold calls to prospective clients, introducing our client's services and value proposition. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, documenting all activities in a structured manner. Respond to basic customer inquiries (pricing, finishes, applications, availability, etc.) via email, chat, or phone. Qualify and escalate potential leads to the Sales Manager for follow-up. Manage the logistics of sending product samples (e.g., Medium, Fine, MicroTerrazzo 600Q finishes). Monitor and manage the company's email inbox — responding, organizing, and escalating as needed. Schedule follow-up calls or design consultations for potential clients. Document interactions and updates in the CRM or internal tracking system. Collaborate with design consultants and applicators to coordinate tailored samples or product demos. Requirements 2+ years of proven sales experience required, preferably in B2B, lead generation, or cold calling. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). Highly organized and self-motivated, with attention to detail. Basic knowledge of tools such as Gmail, Outlook, CRMs, and sample shipping workflows. Ability to identify opportunities and route them effectively to the right team member.
