Role : Data Architect/ Data Designer Experience : 10+ Years Location : Sydney Job Type : Full Time Essential Criteria : Significant experience Data Analysis, Design and modelling experience Experience in working in DWH environments and sound knowledge of DWH concepts Experienced in Translating business requirements to Data and Reporting requirements and translate into Data designs and leading the delivery sprints Expertise on Source data analysis, Data Mapping and Data Modelling Strong SQL skills to analyse data, identify data patterns and design Data hubs and Data Marts meeting business requirements Experience in Insurance Data domains and business processes (Preferred) Experience in Data Modelling techniques (Data Vault, Dimensional Modelling etc) and tools like Erwin Effectively communicate with business users and technical teams supporting requirements elaboration, user acceptance and business change Experience in using data management tools (Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Quality, Master/Reference Data, etc.), SQL, data analysis tools and Business Intelligence reporting tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact, and influence. Demonstrated evidence of being self-motivated, results orientated and driven to improve business processes.
