Basic Job Information Position : Technical Sales Representative Work Location : Neuquén Argentina (remote, willing to travel is acceptable) Job Purpose The Sales Representative will be based in Argentina and responsible for the sales and business development of fracking hose products and related service. Main potential customers would be EPC Contractor side/Subcontractor side. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and develop target customers in the Vaca Muerta shale region of Neuquén. Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers, overseeing the full sales cycle (including quotations, commercial negotiations, contract execution, order fulfillment, and payment collection). Monitor market trends and competitive activity, gather customer feedback, and provide regular market intelligence reports to management. Coordinate with the company’s technical teams to deliver local product training, technical assistance, and after-sales support to customers. Represent the company at local industry exhibitions, trade shows, technical seminars, and networking events to increase brand awareness and market visibility. Identify demand for fracking hose or large diameter TPU hose and develop related business opportunities across South American markets. Job Qualifications Argentine citizenship or permanent residency is required. Native-level Spanish and business-fluent English are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with China-based teams. Portuguese-language proficiency is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred. At least five years of sales experience in the oil and gas or water-services sector, including a minimum of three years of experience in the Argentine market. Strong knowledge of local procurement processes, tendering and bidding procedures, and applicable industry standards. Proven ability to independently develop new accounts, conduct commercial negotiations, and communicate effectively in a cross-cultural business environment.
