Job Description Doral is seeking an FP&A Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across Doral’s corporate operations and renewable energy portfolio. The FP&A Associate will analyze corporate, development, and construction spending, track performance against budget, support revenue and expense forecasting, and develop financial models to inform business decisions. The role will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Development, and Project Management to support accurate reporting and provide insights into financial and operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting and finance, excellent analytical and communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency. Responsibilities Assist FP&A Manager with monthly reporting: Review monthly revenues and expenses and ensure their accuracy Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in which performance will be tracked against the budget Prepare presentations for senior management for both corporate and project-level profitability Identify and explain variances Assist with the completion of monthly reports for operating projects including both internal and external (tax equity, lender and minority equity) parties Support the annual budget process: Work closely with the Development SVP, Prospecting SVP, and various colleagues throughout the Company to ensure an accurate and complete budget Assist in the preparation of presentations of the proposed budget to senior management and the Board of Directors Work with the Treasury, Finance and Project Management teams to ensure complete and accurate monthly forecasts for projects under construction Other ad-hoc analyses and responsibilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related role is preferred Strong understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with financial models, PivotTables, lookup functions, and large datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial information and identify meaningful trends and variances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or a similar ERP/financial reporting system is preferred. Experience in the renewable energy, infrastructure, or project development sector is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
