Benefits Analyst Houston, TX | Hybrid | $75,000–$85,000 Our client is a well established manufacturing company seeking a Benefits Analyst to join its HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a benefits professional who is confident working independently, enjoys solving problems, and wants to take ownership of benefits processes from start to finish. What You’ll Do Manage day to day administration of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, HSA, 401(k), and ESOP programs Manage enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA, beneficiaries, claims, rollovers, and other benefit transactions Administer FMLA, LOA, ADA, parental leave , and related processes Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, benefit vendors, brokers, and third party administrators Review benefit invoices, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure documentation is complete and up to date Prepare benefits reports, census data, audits, and compliance documentation Support annual open enrollment, new hire orientations, and employee benefit education Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, reporting, and overall employee experience What We’re Looking For At least 3+ years of benefits or benefits administration experience Strong knowledge of employee benefits and applicable regulations Experience with an HRIS or benefits administration system; Dayforce experience is a plus Strong analytical and reporting skills with a genuine interest in working with data Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple responsibilities, and take ownership of processes Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred, but not required. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is a plus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote, with some flexibility Location: Northeast Houston Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 salary plus excellent benefits If you're a benefits professional looking for a role where you can own the function, improve processes, and make a meaningful impact , we'd love to hear from you!
