Hands-on experience with the Coveo Cloud Platform and ecosystem integrations. • Basic understanding of machine learning algorithms and data modelling for search. Roles and Responsibilities • Designing and building responsive, user-friendly search interfaces using the Coveo Atomic library, Coveo JavaScript Search Framework, or headless frameworks like Quantic. • Configuring secure content indexing by setting up standard and custom Coveo Connectors, managing web scrapers, and mapping metadata fields. • Creating and configuring query pipelines, managing thesaurus terms, setting up stop words, and implementing ranking expressions to optimize search results. • Integrating Coveo’s search capabilities seamlessly into external enterprise ecosystems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or custom web applications. • Writing custom Indexing Pipeline Extensions (IPE) using Python or JavaScript to clean, transform, and enrich data before it enters the search index.
