To know more please visit: http://www.everestdx.com Job Description – Scrum Master (Infrastructure/ IICS) Experience: 6–10 Years Location: Hyderabad Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a background in IT Infrastructure or exposure to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to lead Agile delivery across infrastructure and integration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Scrum practices , Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) , stakeholder management, and driving successful sprint execution. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. Manage and track Agile delivery using Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) , including backlog, user stories, sprint planning, and dashboards. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog. Identify and remove delivery impediments while managing risks and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, Cloud, and IICS projects. Monitor Agile metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown, and delivery predictability. Foster Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams. Required Skills 6–10 years of IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master . Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Kanban methodologies. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO Boards) . Good understanding of IT Infrastructure , Cloud (Azure preferred), and ITIL processes. Exposure to Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) or enterprise data integration projects. Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master). Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
