Role Description The Concierge Physician will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to a limited panel of patients in a full-time, on-site role based in Newport Beach, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting thorough patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing individualized care plans. The physician will manage chronic conditions, address acute issues, coordinate care with specialists, and maintain clear, timely documentation in the electronic health record. This role involves regular follow-up communication, including in-person visits, phone calls, and secure messaging, to ensure continuity of care and a high-touch patient experience. Qualifications Active MD or DO degree from an accredited institution, with completion of an approved residency in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related primary care specialty. Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of California, board certification in a relevant specialty (IM, FM, Sports Medicine) and strong clinical judgment for outpatient care. Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, concierge-style medicine, with the ability to build long-term relationships and provide personalized, high-touch care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex medical information clearly and collaborate effectively with patients, families, and staff. Excellet physician reputation in South Orange County . Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage a focused patient panel, follow up proactively, and maintain accurate documentation. Interest in preventive medicine, precision medicine, and continuous professional development; prior concierge or private practice experience is beneficial but not required.
