The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering and configuring the Healthie EMR platform , translating clinical requirements into scalable technical solutions, and supporting agile delivery teams. Required Qualifications & Skills 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Configuration Manager, or similar role. 3 years of experience in digital health, telehealth, clinical practice, or related healthcare environments. 3 years of hands-on administration and configuration experience with the Healthie EMR platform . 3+ years of experience creating detailed user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements in Agile environments. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate clinical and business requirements into technical configurations . Solid understanding of HIPAA privacy, security, and compliance requirements . 1+ year of experience working with Healthie APIs, integrations, or webhooks .
