About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade software applications using open-source technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in developing desktop, web, and mobile applications , designing robust MySQL databases , implementing AI-powered solutions , and automating complex business processes. This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete software development lifecycle while ensuring scalability, performance, and security. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise desktop, web, and mobile applications. Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions using open-source technologies. Design, develop, and optimize MySQL databases for performance and reliability. Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party applications and services. Build AI-powered dashboards, analytics, reporting, and intelligent automation solutions. Automate business workflows and eliminate manual processes. Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control. Ensure data security through encryption for data at rest and in transit. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Participate in solution architecture, code reviews, and technical documentation. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Independently manage projects from concept, development, testing, deployment, and production support. Technical Skills Programming Strong experience in Python, Java, PHP, or Node.js. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Architecture. Desktop, Web & Mobile Development Experience developing Desktop Applications using Electron, Qt, GTK, or similar frameworks. Experience developing responsive web applications using React, Vue.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Typescript. Experience with mobile application development using Flutter, React Native, Android, or iOS is an advantage. Database Expert knowledge of MySQL. Database design, normalization, indexing, stored procedures, replication, backup, recovery, and query optimization. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB is desirable. AI & Automation Experience integrating AI platforms and Large Language Models (LLMs). Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Ollama, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar technologies. Experience building AI-powered dashboards, reporting platforms, chatbots, document intelligence, or workflow automation solutions. Security Strong understanding of secure software development. Experience implementing AES-256 encryption, SSL/TLS, JWT, OAuth2, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). Knowledge of OWASP Top 10 security practices and secure coding standards. DevOps & Infrastructure Linux (Ubuntu) administration. Docker and containerized deployments. Git, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines. Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is desirable.
