Nos encontramos en la busqueda de un/a Analista de Payroll Ssr para nuestra Vicedirección de Talento y Cultura Organizacional. Principales Responsabilidades: Liquidación de sueldos: Manejo integral de procesos mensuales, SAC, vacaciones, liquidaciones finales e Impuesto a las Ganancias. Novedades y cargas sociales: Carga, análisis y validación de conceptos remunerativos/no remunerativos, horas extras, ausentismo y pago de cargas sociales. Controles y conciliación: Auditoría de cierre, análisis de variaciones significativas frente a períodos anteriores y conciliación contable. Gestión y control de nómina: Ejecutar y auditar liquidaciones completas, asegurando la correcta aplicación de topes, bases de cálculo y valores horarios. Análisis de inconsistencias: Detectar desviaciones, validar novedades y aplicar correcciones antes del cierre definitivo. Atención y soporte: Resolver reclamos o consultas salariales de colaboradores y elaborar reportes de gestión para áreas internas. Requisitos: Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado/a de Lic. en Recursos Humanos, Relaciones del Trabajo (Excluyente) Manejo de Excel avanzado Uso de Meta4 (deseable) Lugar y horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes de 8 a 17 horas, Almagro.
