In this role, you will partner closely with internal technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure applications are secure, scalable, and fully leveraged to meet complex organizational needs. This position is ideal for a senior-level engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and serves as a trusted subject matter expert across applications and integrations. Configure and optimize enterprise applications and data platforms to meet advanced organizational requirements Lead the integration of cloud and on-premises data sources into SaaS platforms Serve as a senior escalation point, providing Level 3 application support and resolving complex Level 2 issues Partner with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational standards, best practices, and efficiency goals Manage system upgrades, conversions, and enhancements in coordination with business stakeholders Ensure all applications comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements Create and maintain detailed technical documentation covering configurations, integrations, and troubleshooting Act as a subject matter expert for application and platform initiatives supporting business operations and service delivery Provide operational support, including participation in a shared on-call rotation What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience 8+ years of experience in advanced application support, configuration, or innovation-focused technical roles Strong expertise with enterprise data management, analytics, or workflow automation platforms (e.g., data processing, search/analytics, or content intelligence tools or similar technologies) Experience working with emerging AI and automation technologies Solid understanding of application and data integrations, including APIs, ETL processes, and data pipelines Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL, Linux environments, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and communication skills (written and verbal) Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across technical and business teams A proactive mindset with strong organizational and leadership capabilities
