IT Business Analyst 📍 Richmond, VA | Hybrid, 3 days in office 💰 $90K-$130K 💼 Business Analysis | SaaS | COTS | Requirements | Technology I'm working with a leading US law firm hiring two IT Business Analysts to join their Richmond-based project team. This is a business-facing BA role, working directly with attorneys, practice leaders and senior stakeholders to turn business needs into practical technology solutions. The Role • Gather requirements, map workflows and develop business cases • Manage 7-10 business-facing projects across varying complexity • Evaluate SaaS/COTS products, vendors and RFPs • Present recommendations and project benefits to senior leadership • Partner with IT, Information Security, Enterprise Applications and vendors • Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce new technology What We're Looking For • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience preferred • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills • Experience evaluating SaaS/COTS solutions • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and working with non-technical stakeholders • Experience working across multiple projects and priorities • Agile, Waterfall or iterative delivery experience Law firm experience is a bonus, not a requirement. Professional services, consulting and financial services backgrounds could also translate well.
