The Role Develop and execute data analysis requirements across the data life cycle, including collection, ingestion, storage, modeling, and analysis. Conduct analyses using tools like Excel, SQL, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and AWS platforms to explore data, test hypotheses, and predict outcomes. Develop and implement advanced systems for agency data management, leveraging new technologies such as Amazon Web Services. Prepare and deliver clear, actionable written reports and oral presentations, advising leadership and stakeholders. Utilize analytical and statistical software to clean, validate, and transform datasets, employing techniques like probabilistic record matching. Design and implement machine learning models, including generative AI and agentic AI solutions, to support business objectives. What You'll Need Experience in machine learning and predictive modeling, including developing and applying analytical models. Strong skills in data analytics and statistical analysis, using quantitative methods to solve complex business problems. Proficiency in programming and data analysis, with experience in Python, SAS, or SQL for data manipulation and pipeline development. Experience in data visualization and business intelligence, creating dashboards and analytical reports using tools like QuickSight. A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science, or a directly related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. U.S. Citizenship is required.
