Role Description The Blue Yonder Discrete role at Stat9 Technologies is a full-time hybrid position based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) Discrete solutions to optimize warehouse and supply chain operations for clients. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, designing solution configurations, participating in system integration and testing, and providing post-implementation support and enhancements. The role involves collaborating closely with client stakeholders, internal consultants, and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational goals, compliance standards, and performance metrics. The individual will also contribute to documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Stat9’s supply chain execution services. Qualifications Strong experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Discrete, including configuration, implementation, and support of supply chain and warehouse management solutions. Background in supply chain execution systems such as WMS, TMS, and EDI, with the ability to translate operational requirements into effective system designs. Skills in data integration and process optimization, ideally including EDI, EAI, and BPM tools to streamline end-to-end workflows. Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and pharmaceutical systems validation, or willingness to learn these domains as part of project work. Knowledge of SAP FICO and US GAAP concepts beneficial for projects involving financial and compliance-related workflows. Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication, with clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects or workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
