About the Role TrinWare is seeking a Computer Production Technician I to support the configuration, assembly, testing, imaging, and troubleshooting of computer systems, servers, notebooks, and related technology products. This is a fast-paced, high-volume production environment where accuracy, efficiency, technical knowledge, and attention to detail are essential. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in computer assembly, hardware configuration, repair, or IT production environments. Key Responsibilities Configure and assemble computers, servers, notebooks, and related products. Deploy operating system images through imaging servers. Troubleshoot intermediate-level hardware and software issues. Prepare, stage, and serialize production orders. Test and repair products through the RMA process. Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software. Work professionally with other departments and production teams. Meet productivity, quality, and operational targets. Perform additional duties assigned by production leadership. Basic Qualifications 1–3 years of experience assembling and configuring computer systems. Knowledge of computer hardware, components, servers, and workstations. Experience with Windows and other operating systems. Experience imaging Windows or other operating systems over a LAN. Understanding of software implementation and troubleshooting. Ability to work in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+ certification. Experience with Microsoft, Apple, and Linux operating systems. Experience with Ubuntu, Red Hat, or similar Linux distributions. Experience with DISM, WDS, Acronis, Macrium, CloneZilla, or related imaging tools. Previous experience in computer manufacturing, repair, IT, or PC production.
