SALES EXECUTIVE — IKORODU LAGOS Digital Skills Centre is looking for a Sales Executive to help more people discover and enrol in our practical digital skills training programmes. We train students, graduates, professionals, entrepreneurs and career changers in high-demand digital skills, including: AI & Automation | Data Analytics & AI Tools | Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking | Software Engineering | UI/UX & Product Design | Digital Marketing & AI Content | Project Management | Business Analysis | Virtual Assistant Mastery | Digital Foundations YOUR ROLE Your job is to take these programmes to the people who need them. You will: Conduct daily physical outreach across Ikorodu and surrounding communities. Speak directly with students, graduates, professionals, business owners, and people looking to build or change careers. Identify what a prospect wants to achieve and recommend the right Digital Skills Centre programme for them. Explain our training programmes, duration, learning outcomes, and enrolment process. Generate new leads through street outreach, networking, referrals, community engagement and other approved sales activities. Follow up with prospects who have shown interest and move them towards enrolment. Convert prospects into paid students. Support Centre activations, campaigns and other student acquisition activities. Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, registrations and sales. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We need someone who can start conversations, create interest and close enrolments. You should be: Confident speaking to people face-to-face. Persuasive and commercially minded. Comfortable approaching people you don't already know. Proactive and target-driven. Good at explaining information simply. Persistent with follow-up. Interested in technology, education, and career development. Previous sales, marketing, education, or customer-facing experience is an advantage. COMPENSATION Basic Salary: ₦100,000 monthly SALES COMMISSION Monthly Qualified Sales Commission ₦3,000,000 – ₦7,999,999 7% ₦8,000,000 – ₦9,999,999 10% ₦10,000,000 and above 12% Your sales performance directly determines your earning potential. WORK DETAILS Location: Digital Skills Centre, Ikorodu, Lagos Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Primary Focus: Physical Outreach & Student Enrolment This is a field-oriented sales position. You will be expected to actively go into the market, meet potential learners, create awareness about our programmes, and generate paid enrolments.
