Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Agent role is based in Ad Daqahliyah, Egypt. The Insurance Sales Agent will identify prospective clients, present suitable insurance products, and guide customers through policy selection, application, and enrollment. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting client consultations, explaining coverage options and pricing, and following up with leads and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, maintaining accurate records of interactions and policies, and collaborating with colleagues and brokerage partners to optimize insurance offerings. The Insurance Sales Agent will adhere to compliance requirements and company policies while contributing to a positive, service-oriented office environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Insurance Sales and Sales skills to generate new business and achieve targets. Candidates should possess solid Customer Service capabilities to support clients before and after policy purchase. Candidates should possess knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices to advise clients accurately and responsibly. Candidates should possess effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Candidates should possess good numerical and analytical skills to understand pricing, coverage, and risk. Relevant experience in insurance or financial services is preferred. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is an advantage.
