Role Description The Sales Specialist will work on-site in New Cairo in a full-time capacity, driving business growth by identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a pipeline of leads, conducting sales meetings and product demonstrations, and following up with potential and existing clients to understand their needs. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with ongoing campaigns and project delivery. The Sales Specialist will maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities, prepare reports, and contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotional offers. This position also includes providing support to clients after the sale and helping improve sales processes through feedback and market insights. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and handle inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment. Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to organize pipelines, support sales initiatives, and contribute to team development. Relevant skills such as relationship building, basic knowledge of digital marketing services, and proficiency with CRM tools are highly beneficial. Previous experience in B2B or agency sales, preferably in digital marketing or technology, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, with strong time management, organization, and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
