ROLE OVERVIEW: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Specialist to join our team at Pura Vida Miami. As a Treasury Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Treasury Department, ensuring the accurate management of cash flow, banking activities, and financial risk. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience looking to build a career in finance and treasury management. RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Assist in daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, and reconciliation. ● Help monitor and track bank accounts and financial transactions. ● Support the preparation of weekly and monthly cash reports. ● Assist with maintaining relationships with banking partners and financial institutions. ● Participate in the administration of short-term borrowing and investments, ensuring compliance with company policies. ● Assist with liquidity management, ensuring sufficient cash flow to meet operational needs. ● Provide support in the preparation of financial and regulatory reports as required. ● Help with treasury systems management and process improvements. ● Monitor and track outstanding payments and collections. ● Assist with ad-hoc treasury projects and initiatives as needed REQUIREMENTS: ● 2+ years of Treasury experience in high volume environment ● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. ● Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. ● Basic understanding of financial statements and treasury functions is a plus. ● Eagerness to learn and develop within the treasury and finance function. ● Reliable transportation to work in office Monday to Friday in Miami, FL BENEFITS: ● Health & Wellness – Medical, Dental & Vision ● PTO ● Discounted Meals ● Growth Opportunities ● 401(k) Plan with Company Match The general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to this job classification are contained in this job description.
