Would you like to develop IT services in a large international environment where service delivery is built on collaboration between multiple service providers? Do you have a strong understanding of IT Service Management, SIAM, and service performance development? We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Service Integration to join our client in Espoo. In this role, you will play a key part in developing Service Integration capabilities and ensuring that IT services, processes, and multiple service providers work seamlessly together. This is a senior-level specialist position combining IT Service Management, SIAM, Service Level Management, supplier ecosystem development, and hands-on collaboration with service teams. What will you be doing? As a Senior Specialist, you will support service teams in implementing SIAM and ITSM practices while developing the multi-vendor operating environment as a whole. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting service teams with supplier onboarding and offboarding, as well as defining appropriate operating models and integration approaches Monitoring and analysing service provider performance using SLA, OLA, and KPI metrics Identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities across service chains and implementing improvements Developing reporting, metrics, and dashboards for the supplier ecosystem Supporting the IT Service Desk and Service Managers in coordinating the multi-vendor environment and governance practices Facilitating collaboration between internal teams and external service providers Developing and maintaining the SIAM operating model, processes, roles, and governance structures Participating in service review, governance, and supplier performance meetings Developing and standardising ITSM processes across different service providers Supporting the harmonisation and development of SLA, OLA, and KPI practices The role therefore gives you the opportunity to work both at a strategic level and with practical, hands-on challenges. One day, you might be analysing service provider performance and developing metrics, while the next you could be helping a service team solve an integration-related challenge or facilitating collaboration between different suppliers. What are we looking for? Above all, we are looking for an experienced IT Service Management / Service Integration professional who understands what effective service management means in practice within a multi-vendor environment. To succeed in this role, we expect you to have: A strong understanding of IT Service Management and the ITIL framework Experience in SIAM, Service Integration, Vendor Management, or IT Governance roles Experience working in multi-vendor environments and complex service ecosystems An understanding of SLA, OLA, and KPI metrics and the ability to analyse service performance Strong analytical and reporting skills The ability to identify areas for improvement and turn them into practical actions Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills An ITIL Foundation certification A relevant higher education degree or equivalent expertise gained through professional experience Previous experience with ServiceNow and building dashboards is considered a significant advantage. SIAM Foundation / Professional or ITIL Intermediate / Expert level certifications are also considered an asset. English is the primary working language for the role, while knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, or Polish is considered an advantage. What kind of person will succeed in this role? Technical expertise alone is not enough in this position. We are looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while also being willing to tackle practical challenges when needed. You are proactive, analytical, and development-oriented, and you have the confidence to raise issues when something is not working. At the same time, you know how to build effective collaboration between different teams, specialists, and service providers. You are able to move things forward in a constructive yet determined manner. You enjoy working in an environment where you can build networks, facilitate discussions, and influence how ways of working are developed. Your background may be in Service Integration, IT Service Management, Vendor Management, or IT Governance. Previous experience in a large, international enterprise environment will provide a strong foundation for succeeding in this role. What do we offer?
