Role Overview: The staff nurse delivers comprehensive nursing care to patients across all ages, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Maintain standards of practice and professional accountability. Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned staff to ensure optimal care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from a nursing program; Bachelor's degree preferred. Current RN licensure in the relevant state; BCLS certification required. Experience in a hospital setting preferred; new graduates eligible. Additional certifications may be required based on specialty, such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, or specialty-specific credentials. Key Duties Provide patient-centered care using nursing processes. Adhere to organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth. Obtain and maintain required specialty certifications within designated timeframes.
