We are seeking a Registered Nurse for the ENT department to provide clinic-based triage care across multiple Madison clinics, with occasional outreach coverage outside the area. Key Responsibilities Include Implementing, monitoring, and communicating patient care plans Coordinating multidisciplinary care and executing physician and nursing orders Assessing discharge needs and potentially rounding with physicians Applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs Adhering to professional nursing standards and ethical guidelines Maintaining safety and performing other assigned duties Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent No prior experience required Valid RN license and BLS certification in applicable states Strong communication skills, physical stamina, and ability to perform clinical tasks Physical And Licensure Requirements Include Constant use of speech, vision, hearing, and mobility Occasional lifting, patient movement, bending, and driving Licenses valid in Illinois, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Wisconsin, as applicable This role offers a day shift with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties and includes benefits such as paid parental leave, flexible pay options, and upfront tuition coverage.
