Duration: FTE Location: MN-Minneapolis, Hyrid 3-4 days onsite Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Our high-performing consultants are natural leaders who manage a wide range of responsibilities that vary from assignment to assignment. Our consultant training, career development, and premier client portfolio ensure constant challenge and rapid growth for our employees. Crew product owner associates co-create software products using Agile methods by representing the needs of the business and customers. Crew product owner associates collaborate with developers, user experience professionals, and data analysts to prioritize work and to assess outcomes. Responsibilities Assist in identifying, tracking, and documenting instances of policyholder or transactional errors requiring remediation Support the analysis of impacted populations by reviewing policy records, transaction histories, and system data to determine scope and financial impact Help calculate remediation amounts (e.g., premium adjustments, interest, fees) under the guidance of senior analysts Maintain accurate and organized documentation of remediation cases, including issue descriptions, root cause findings, and resolution steps, in compliance with internal and regulatory standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Compliance, Legal, Operations, and IT to gather information and support timely resolution of issues Assist in preparing remediation letters, notices, and payment files for impacted customers, ensuring accuracy and adherence to communication standards Track remediation project milestones and support reporting to leadership and regulatory stakeholders as needed Participate in quality assurance reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of remediation efforts Support the identification of process gaps or systemic issues contributing to errors, and assist in developing recommendations for corrective action Maintain confidentiality and data integrity when handling sensitive customer and financial information Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of relevant work experience (internships, co-ops, or entry-level roles in insurance, financial services, compliance, or operations are a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain thorough documentation Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with life insurance or annuity products and industry terminology Exposure to regulatory or compliance frameworks within financial services Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) Understanding of root cause analysis or process improvement methodologies The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
