IT Site Support Technician Location: Midland, TX Salary Range $65,000–$85,000 Position Overview We are seeking an IT Site Support Technician to provide hands-on and remote technical support for a manufacturing facility in Midland, TX. This is a great opportunity for an early-career IT professional who is eager to learn, enjoys troubleshooting, and is comfortable working directly with end users. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote IT support to employees Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, desktop applications, and common end-user issues Respond to and resolve IT support tickets Set up and support PCs, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment Provide basic support for MacBooks and iOS/iPhone devices Assist with network connectivity and device configuration issues Support monthly new-hire onboarding, including equipment distribution and account setup Provide guidance and training to employees on IT tools and best practices Qualifications IT support, help desk, desktop support, or related experience; Strong working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365 Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Basic familiarity with MacBooks and iOS devices Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed Ability to work onsite in a manufacturing environment and follow required safety procedures Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting users in a manufacturing, industrial, or oil & gas environment Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar certifications Spanish-speaking skills are a plus Work Environment: This position supports a manufacturing site and may require appropriate PPE, including steel-toe boots, as well as completion of company-provided safety training.
