We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications supporting enterprise IT and business processes. This position combines hands-on ServiceNow development with business process analysis, systems evaluation, process improvement, and lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have ServiceNow development experience or a strong software/low-code development background with the ability to quickly become proficient within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and solutions Create ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, and automations using Flow Designer and business rules Develop web-based functionality using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Analyze customer needs and business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions Identify process gaps, capability shortfalls, and opportunities for automation and optimization Support project/task management, customer engagement, and stakeholder outreach Support IT system lifecycle activities, including review boards, change management, and release management Develop technical documentation, feature release descriptions, process models, and knowledge management artifacts Collaborate with technical teams and customers throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment Required Qualifications Must be fully cleared with a recent polygraph Must be willing and able to work fully onsite at the location listed in this posting Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS ServiceNow development experience, advanced software development experience, or experience with low-code platforms and the ability to develop ServiceNow expertise Experience creating catalog items and using ServiceNow Flow Designer and business rules Experience with business process analysis and translating business needs into technical requirements Experience with systems evaluation and performance improvement Experience with process and capability improvement Experience with program/project task management and customer engagement Experience with IT lifecycle, change, and release management Experience developing technical and knowledge management documentation Desired Qualifications ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or completion of applicable certification training Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Experience with ServiceNow application suites, including IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Business Management (ITBM) Experience developing ServiceNow dashboards and using Performance Analytics Experience with ServiceNow project management applications Experience supporting IT service providers within secure government environments Experience advising stakeholders on organizational processes, practices, and policies Experience with modern cloud architectures and cloud-based environments #CJ Fantom Corp is a Software Development, Agile Cloud, Software Development, Cyber Security (Risk Management, Assessments & Authorization (A&A)), Data, AI Platform (Computer Vision Models), Podcasting Media Services, and IT Services provider.
