Technical Co-founder

Company Description: SiteFit is an generative site planning tool designed to help planners, engineers, and developers quickly determine what can be built on a specific parcel of land. The platform translates complex zoning rules and site characteristics into code compliant site plans and due diligence reports. The product is focused on making the pre-development process faster, more predictable, and more accessible for professionals across the built environment. SiteFit is already seeing strong demand and recognition from national leading residential and commercial SiteFit is building a modern, AI-driven approach to land use and development decision-making. Role Description: The Technical Co-founder will be responsible for working alongside our other technical co-founder in product development. Communicating and working alongside three other co-founders in building a leading proptech company. Daily product refinement and proactively responding to pilots and customer product requests including adding new features and bug fixes. Must be committed long term and share the vision of scaling this company internationally. This role will receive equity coming as another founder as well as working with Ivy League students and rapidly build and scale the platform using AI and code. Qualifications Strong technical skills to interpret complex data, writing code, and improve product design on frontend and backend. Effective communication skills for collaborating with co-founders, users, and partners, and explaining technical concepts clearly. Proficient in modern software development (LLMs, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud platforms, APIs, databases). Being able to build and deploy AI/ML or rules-based engines, ideally in geospatial or real estate domains.
