At PCC Structurals - Carson City, we're looking for an organized and approachable Human Resources Administrator who takes pride in making those details happen. You'll be a key part of our HR team, helping new hires get off to a strong start, keeping employee records accurate and audit-ready, coordinating recruiting activities, supporting employees, and bringing order to the systems and documentation behind a busy manufacturing operation. If you're the person who follows through, catches what others miss, and enjoys helping people, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities, from paperwork and screenings to badges, system access, and new hire orientation. Maintain accurate, complete, confidential, and audit-ready electronic and physical employee records. Process employee documents, status and wage changes, acknowledgements, and other HR transactions with care and accuracy. Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates, maintain recruiting records, and support job postings and hiring events. Enter and maintain employee information in Workday and other HR systems. Track required documentation and follow up on missing or incomplete items. Scan, index, organize, and digitize personnel files while supporting records-retention requirements. Maintain training records and help coordinate employee programs, recognition activities, and HR events. Assist employees with routine HR questions and connect them with the right HR resource when additional support is needed. Generate reports and maintain spreadsheets related to staffing, training, attendance, turnover, and other HR metrics. Support file audits, I-9 and E-Verify documentation, FMLA records, OSHA records, compliance reviews, and process-improvement projects. YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU... Bring 1-3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, payroll, administration, office support, or customer service. Are highly organized and can keep multiple deadlines, documents, and follow-ups moving without losing the details. Take ownership of your work and are known for dependable follow-through. Handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment and professionalism. Enjoy helping employees and candidates and can build positive working relationships at every level of an organization. Communicate clearly, professionally, and warmly - in person, by phone, and in writing. Are comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, data entry, scanning, and document management. Have experience with Workday, an applicant tracking system, or another HR information system - or are eager to learn. Can work independently, ask smart questions, and adapt when priorities shift. Like improving processes and leaving files, systems, and workflows better than you found them. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This isn't just a paperwork position. Preferred Education And Experience High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. One to three years of administrative, office, customer service, HR, payroll, or recruiting experience preferred. Experience maintaining confidential information and employee records. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Experience with Workday, applicant tracking systems, or document management systems preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, customer service, ownership, and accountability. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, exercise sound judgment, and work collaboratively. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout office and manufacturing environments. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds occasionally, including personnel files, records boxes, and office supplies. Ability to perform frequent computer use, data entry, scanning, and document review. Ability to move between office locations and departments throughout the facility.
