Position : Production Support Location : Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (Hybrid 3 days on site, 2 remote) Role Overview Production Support is responsible for supporting and maintaining critical Microsoft messaging and collaboration platforms in a production environment. Production Support : combines approximately 50% Operations Support and 50% Engineering activities, including incident management, troubleshooting, upgrades, patching, automation, risk remediation, and production implementations.
