As an ICQA Manager, you’ll make sure your area is running as smoothly as it should so that we can meet its goals. You will be leading a team that helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and of a high quality and taking on a number of projects across our network to drive productivity. Key job responsibilities Lead and optimize inventory routines in a dynamic, high-volume environment Drive inventory strategies to enhance FC performance and productivity Develop innovative strategies to maintain and improve inventory accuracy Analyze complex data and transform it into actionable insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvements Cultivate a culture of ownership and excellence within your team About The Team Our Inventory Control team is the beating heart of Amazon's Operations in Brazil.
