Clea is expanding its sales presence, and we’re looking for commercially driven Sales Representatives who know how to prospect, build relationships and close business. Locations 📍 Port Harcourt, Rivers State Primary focus: Oil & Gas and Automotive sectors 📍 Onitsha, Anambra State Primary focus: Importers, traders and automotive businesses 📍 Benin City, Edo State Primary focus: Importers, automotive businesses and other high-volume businesses What You’ll Do - Prospect and actively build your own pipeline of potential customers - Identify businesses with international payment needs - Conduct field visits and build relationships within key business clusters - Qualify prospects and understand their payment requirements - Present Clea’s cross-border payment solution clearly and confidently - Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales funnel - Convert qualified prospects into active, transacting customers - Gather useful market and competitor intelligence - Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and sales activity - Work towards defined acquisition and transaction-volume targets Who We’re Looking For You should be someone who: - Has proven B2B or field sales experience - Knows how to prospect—not simply wait for leads - Can identify and prioritise high-potential opportunities - Is comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations - Understands follow-up and pipeline management - Is target-driven and commercially minded - Has strong relationship-building and communication skills - Understands the local business environment in the location applied for Experience selling to importers, automotive businesses, oil & gas companies, logistics companies or other B2B customers will be an advantage. Compensation 💰 ₦200,000–₦300,000 monthly, depending on experience and capability 📈 Uncapped commission 🚗 Transportation allowance We’re particularly interested in people who want their earnings to reflect their ability to create and close opportunities.
