As a mid or senior data analyst on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Direct Agency Advancement Data and Insights team, you’ll help position Direct Agency Advancement as an innovative leader in the industry. In this role, you’ll develop a standardized framework for carrier partnerships by optimizing the onboarding model, implementing post-assessment evaluation processes, and creating analytic models to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. You’ll also design reporting tools for the Direct Agency to improve financial management and accountability, while working closely with partners and collaborators to ensure alignment and drive impactful results. Remote work allowed. Minimum Qualifications A minimum of six years of analytical work experience. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience. {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience. Preferred Skills Proven track record of retrieving property data from various data sources, preparing and organizing it for analytical purposes, and drawing conclusions based on the data. Proficiency in programming, data preparation, and data visualization software/tools such as SAS, SQL, Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and Snowflake. Proven ability to understand complex business problems and to present results of data analysis in a manner that informs, delivers insights, and influences direction and decisions. Ability to learn and adapt quickly and collaborate in a team-oriented environment. Compensation $67,300-$108,500/year depending on position level and experience. Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 24%-30% of your eligible earnings, based on position level and company performance.
