This is a hands-on role where you’ll take projects from idea to reality: Create new ways for users to interact with software, moving beyond traditional UI Build beautiful, high-performance interfaces using their core stack Ship LLM-powered features that transform how work gets done Work closely with customers to redesign critical workflows Shape product direction alongside the founders and early team Projects you might work on: Launch a new feature that generates polished outputs from sample documents using LLMs Build integrations with external data sources to power richer workflows Collaborate directly with users to embed AI tools into their day-to-day work Build internal dashboards and tools for better decision-making Create a searchable library of transcripts and documents to unlock company-wide insights Who you are: You’ve led projects from idea to launch before You have 2+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally in a startup or product-focused environment You care deeply about product quality and want to help shape what gets built You’re comfortable talking to users and clients You know (or can quickly learn) stack: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL Bonus: You’ve built AI-powered features or have strong product design instincts What they offer: Competitive salary + equity Full healthcare coverage Gym membership Summers working from Greece NYC office with a collaborative, mission-driven team

If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.

Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.

Next, learn who's hiring. Accenture has posted 2,801 engineer roles. andurilindustries, speechify, and jobgether are also actively recruiting. If you're applying to one of these names, research their hiring patterns and interview style before you apply. That homework pays off.
