About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Data Analyst to join our dynamic team in a hybrid capacity based out of Arcadia, CA. This role is pivotal in transforming complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, and AI solutions to develop innovative reporting, automation, and data visualization capabilities. You will collaborate across multiple departments including Finance, Lending, Marketing, Operations, Digital Banking, and Data & Financial Performance to support organizational growth and efficiency.
