Must Haves 2+ years of Desktop Support or PC Technician experience. PC Imaging & Reimaging. Software Installations and Software Transfers. Hands-on Deskside Support. Experience with Microsoft Apps, ServiceNow, Eracent, or similar endpoint management/ticketing platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service mindset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable lifting and moving IT equipment throughout the day. Nice to Have Experience supporting workstation deployments. Experience with office moves and workstation relocations. Enterprise desktop support experience.
