Role Description The Outbound Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in Giza. This role is responsible for proactively contacting prospective clients, presenting Uptown October Developments’ real estate offerings, and nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. Daily activities include making outbound calls, following up on inquiries, scheduling and conducting in-person or virtual meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The representative will collaborate closely with the inside sales team, marketing, and operations to align messaging, support property viewings, and ensure a smooth client experience from initial contact to closing. This role also involves meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to improve sales strategies and customer engagement. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, with the ability to manage a structured sales process. Strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a healthy sales pipeline. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with CRM or sales tracking tools. Knowledge of or interest in real estate, property development, or related fields is an advantage. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up. Ability to work on-site in Giza and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
