En vivo Colombia nos encontramos en búsqueda de Analista Contable Cuentas por Pagar e Incentivos , quien será responsable de gestionar y controlar las cuentas por pagar y por cobrar, realizar conciliaciones contables, hacer seguimiento a anticipos y legalizaciones, y administrar los programas de incentivos comerciales, garantizando información financiera confiable y oportuna. Principales funciones Gestionar, controlar y conciliar cuentas por pagar nacionales e internacionales. Realizar seguimiento a solicitudes de pago, soportes y obligaciones pendientes. Controlar anticipos, reembolsos, legalizaciones y otras cuentas por cobrar. Administrar y hacer seguimiento a programas de incentivos comerciales. Validar bases, soportes, aprobaciones y condiciones de los incentivos. Realizar conciliaciones e informes semanales y mensuales de cuentas e incentivos. Mantener actualizada y organizada la documentación contable. Apoyar los procesos de cierre contable mensual. Requisitos Profesional o estudiante de últimos semestres de Contaduría Pública. Experiencia en cuentas por pagar, conciliaciones contables, anticipos, legalizaciones y cuentas por cobrar. Conocimiento en retenciones e impuestos. Manejo de Excel intermedio o avanzado. Experiencia en manejo de ERP contable; deseable SIESA. Conocimiento en diferencia en cambio. Deseable experiencia en manejo de incentivos, campañas comerciales o beneficios a terceros.
