Role Purpose This is a field based role responsible for driving the Nutricia business in Ireland, primarily through the community channel. We strive to maintain Nutricia’s reputation in Ireland through excellence in the provision of nutritional and technical support whilst promoting the Nutricia product range. Please note this role is a 12 month fixed term contract. Key Activities Promote through marketing campaigns and support through nutritional education the Nutricia Medical range of products to Nursing Home Management and Staff GP’s Public Health Nurses TVN’s Pharmacists Arrange sales calls which may be via one to one calls and appointments, group calls and appointments, meetings and presentations. Maintain professionalism at all times to maintain Nutricia Advanced Medical Nutrition reputation. Provide educational presentations to Nursing Homes and other HCP’s Maintain and manage accounts on territory Exhibit Nutricia’s product ranges at relevant HCP meetings Ensure effective territory management and monitor monthly market share data to align with company business strategy Liaise with the Nutricia team regarding regional educational meetings and presentations Liaise with Nutricia’s marketing team in the development of successful marketing campaigns by providing insight into customer needs Identify new customers/opportunities to grow the business. Actively ensure continued educational development by attending relevant study days, reviewing medical literature and latest best clinical practice Liaise with distribution and supply chain department to ensure maximum product availability Engage daily with data recording system and send monthly reports to Business Manager. This is a field based role, covering Galway, Clare, Longford, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon & Sligo About You We would like you to demonstrate your following key skills Proven sales experience in a pharmaceutical or health care sales role (preferred but not essential). Excellent presentation skills are required. An aptitude for selling Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word and PowerPoint Must be able to demonstrate success in developing relationships with key medical personnel. Full clean drivers’ licence A keen interest in nutrition (preferred but not essential). Strong time management, organisational and planning skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate a teamwork approach and an ability to foster collaboration across functions Be able to establish trust and credibility with health care professionals Commercial mindset Analytical capabilities, able to decompose a problem and build from ground up and use insights to develop a solution Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Positive, future-oriented perspective, challenging established paradigms and driving for action Growth mindset, sharing and receiving knowledge and looking for personal development beyond existing resources Salary Bracket €52k-€58k + bonus & benefits Our field-based principles mean you’ll need to be living in Galway, Clare, Longford, Donegal, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon or Sligo. If you're unable to relocate, we will not be able to consider your application for this role. You will also need to hold a full Irish driving license and must be comfortable with regular driving to meet with your customers.
