About The Role We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist/Business Analyst to join our team at Belcan in Windsor, CT. This full-time, permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to blend HR operational expertise with digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing HR data integrity, supporting process improvements, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and enhancing employee experience through process automation and data-driven insights. A remote work option may be considered for the right candidate, providing flexibility in work arrangements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2-4 years of progressive experience in HR Generalist, Business Analyst, or related roles Experience supporting high-volume, fast-paced work environments Demonstrated experience handling employee relations matters and investigations Exposure to contractor workforce management, staffing, or professional services is a plus Technical proficiency with HR systems, workflow automation, and digital transformation projects Advanced skills in Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office applications Strong working knowledge of HRIS, onboarding platforms, reporting tools, and data analytics Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to streamline HR and onboarding processes through automation and technology solutions Manage client onboarding reference updates and ensure accurate, timely entry of employee and customer data Identify and implement process improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, accuracy, and compliance Ensure HR data, records, and reporting comply with company standards and applicable regulations at federal, state, and provincial levels Support internal and external audits through precise record-keeping, reporting, and proactive issue resolution Manage the full lifecycle of employee relations matters and workplace investigations in collaboration with HR leadership Conduct thorough fact-finding, documentation, tracking, and reporting of employee concerns and complaints Handle investigations objectively, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements Provide leadership with recommendations to mitigate risks and promote positive employee outcomes Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when managing sensitive employee issues Support core HR functions, including assisting with policy interpretation, compliance, and employee inquiries Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving service delivery and enhancing the employee experience Benefits Competitive salary range of $60,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans Life insurance and disability benefits 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Educational assistance programs Paid time off including vacation, holidays, and other legally mandated leave Flexible work arrangements, including potential remote work options Equal Opportunity Belcan is an equal opportunity employer.
