Role Overview In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating all data extraction activities from legacy systems, ensuring data quality, governance, and successful migration into SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with business stakeholders and local IT teams, you will be instrumental in delivering a successful global transformation. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end SAP data extraction workstream. Define and execute data migration strategies aligned with project milestones. Coordinate business, IT and implementation partners throughout migration cycles. Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across multiple countries. Support data mapping, validation, reconciliation and migration activities. Contribute to deployment templates and global rollout standards. Requirements 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration or Data Management. Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. Expertise with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, LSMW or equivalent migration tools. Solid understanding of SAP ECC6 data structures. Experience with SAP MM, SD, FI/CO and Supply Chain data. Strong knowledge of ETL processes and data governance. Experience coordinating multinational SAP projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent English.
