As a Backend Developer SDE-1 , you'll work closely with product managers and fellow engineers to build the systems powering Snapmint's e-commerce team. Location: Gurugram Working Model: Work from Office – 5 Days per Week Entity: Snapmint Credit Advisory Private Limited What You Own Proven success in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership Strong experience in systems architecture design and development Strong experience building single-page and progressive web applications Experience using test-driven development practices Ability to efficiently manage and build large, complex web applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated, ability to work independently Ability to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problems Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in a modern backend language — Node.js or Golang and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for Snapmint's platform Support and scale digital projects, including client microsites and third-party integrations Write and maintain automated test scripts for new features Collaborate directly with PMs, designers, and engineers across the stack Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making Debug, monitor, and improve system performance in production Why Snapmint Be Part of a 10X–100X Journey - Help build and scale and be part of a high-growth story.
