Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Senior SaaS Sales to drive sales for our E-commerce product across the Egyptian and GCC markets. The role will focus on handling qualified leads generated through marketing campaigns, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and providing an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities Handle and follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns across Egypt and GCC. Contact and qualify incoming leads to understand their needs and purchasing intent. Present and explain the E-commerce product, its features, benefits, and value proposition. Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation and closing. Follow up consistently with prospects through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other relevant channels. Convert qualified leads into paying customers and consistently achieve assigned sales targets. Build strong relationships with prospects and customers. Address customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, opportunities, and conversions through the CRM. Monitor individual sales performance and conversion rates. Provide feedback to the Marketing team regarding lead quality, customer objections, and market response. Monitor competitors and market trends across the Egyptian and GCC markets. Support the team in improving sales scripts, follow-up processes, and conversion strategies. Assist in coaching and supporting junior sales team members when required. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in E-commerce, SaaS, digital products, or technology. Experience handling inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong skills in lead qualification, follow-up, objection handling, and closing. Previous experience selling to customers in the Egyptian and/or GCC markets. Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills. Experience using CRM systems and sales tools. Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills. Excellent Arabic and English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling E-commerce platforms, digital products, SaaS, or online services. Experience handling a high volume of inbound leads. Previous experience with GCC customers. Experience working with campaign-generated leads and performance-based sales environments.
