Your primary focus will be on developing robust server-side logic, maintaining database integrity, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. You will also play a critical role in coordinating with project managers and cross-functional teams to drive project success. Role And Responsibilities Team Leadership: Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using the Laravel framework. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project requirements and translate them into effective backend solutions. Feedback and Roadmap Alignment: Provide feedback on the product roadmap, working closely with product teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and define timelines. Customization and Innovation: Lead the customization of themes, plugins, and features based on client requirements, enhancing user experience and functionality. Problem Solving: Demonstrate a strong problem-solving attitude and a deep understanding of core OOP concepts. Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver features. Skills And Requirements Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a strong emphasis on the Laravel framework. Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Laravel frameworks. Proven experience in developing large-scale Laravel applications. Strong understanding of MySQL databases. Knowledge of common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions. Experience with user authentication and authorization across multiple systems and environments.
