Project Description: The WMPC Core stream provides Core Banking capabilities across WM International locations, and works towards integration and synergies across WMPC locations, driving capability-driven and modular platform strategy for Core Banking. You'll be working in the WMPC Core Technology team in one of our locations, as per your eligibility and role requirements. Together as a team, we provide solutions to unique business/market requirements. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. • Design and implement microservices and Kafka-based event-driven solutions. • Build and consume REST APIs. • Work with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and container platforms. • Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability. Mandatory Skills Description: • 10-15 years of experience in Java development. • Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka. • Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. • Knowledge of Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD. • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and API integrations. • Good understanding of Agile and DevOps practices. Nice-to-Have Skills Description: AI-Assisted Development: • Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitLab Copilot, IDE-based copilots) • Familiarity with using generative AI for code suggestions, unit test creation, debugging, and documentation • Eagerness to adopt AI tools to improve development efficiency and learning Languages: English: C2 Proficient
